This beauty offers the best in convenience and amenities: ground-floor location in the premier resort of Panama City Beach means you have all the amenities you want but enjoy peace and quiet in the evenings away from the hubbub by the beach. With no slow elevator to wait on and just a short walk over the bridge, you're on the beach or at the lagoon pool before most of the resort. The location cannot be beaten!

The Sand Dollar Villa features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and beach decor that is perfect for enjoying the 3rd best beach town in the US (according to Southern Living) and the Emerald Coast's white sand beaches (voted one of the top 10 MUST SEE in the world).
There is plenty of living space in our carpet-free, remodeled and upgraded villa. The living area offers ample comfortable seating, ceiling fan, a dining area, and a stylish bar. A 52" smart TV adorns the wall with HD service.
The remodeled full-size kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, crockpot, and Keurig duo coffee pot. Also for your convenience: a new, full sized washer/dryer. And we provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
The large master bedroom features a king-size bed, new flat-screen smart TV with HD and streaming channels, ceiling fan, patio access, separate vanity, a remodeled ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower featuring an amazing rain shower head, plus a big walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and a full-size bed, smart TV with HD service with streaming channels, ceiling fan, and access to the 2nd full bathroom has had a complete facelife and features a tiled surround shower/bath combo with a barn door style glass slider.
A queen sleeper sofa has been equipped with a high-quality, memory-foam mattress that is super comfortable (really!).
Our patio features swivel bar stools with a tall table plus two Adirondack rockers to enjoy the golf course and green space where kids can stretch their legs and check out the many turtles in the pond (after golfing hours). From here, you can see you are just steps to the Resort's pedestrian bridge that leads to the beach, lagoon pool and more.
A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right across the street.
This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests—it's the perfect spot to be near all you want yet get away when ready. Pets/ESA are not allowed.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool right by our villa or stroll over the pedestrian bridge that is right next to our building to dip into the beachfront lagoon pool that is 11,500 square feet and surrounded by lush tropical foliage and waterfalls. There are plenty of pool loungers for relaxing or, at the lagoon pool, you can rent a set of VIP Lounge Chairs/Umbrella or a poolside Cabana with luxury amenities. The free kids splash pad and two additional hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders or Shakers bar.
Summer entertainment at Edgewater includes beach bonfires, kids activities like Hermit Crab races, a photo scavenger hunt, beach volleyball, dive-in movies, poolside DJs, karaoke and more! (Some events require a fee.)
The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on our side of the resort along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf, plus high-tech fitness center. Golf has an additional fee for use, but the fitness center and all sport courts are available free of charge. We are also one of the closest villas to the convention center.
Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free tram service throughout the resort, and plenty of beach chairs, watersports and fun activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right in front of our property.
Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We are John, Megan & Chase Hicks. The three of us have long been avid travelers, heading everywhere from the beaches to the ski slopes, enjoying popular areas as well as more remote ones in the U.S., Mexico, Caribbean, and Europe. With such a passion for travel, we had a desire to own a vacation destination home for our own enjoyment as well as for others'. We typically stay in condos in our travels and know what amenities make these home-away-from-homes everything they should be to complete an ideal getaway. And we've poured that knowledge and love into making this villa at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort one of the best vacation homes you'll experience.
